How our dual drain system works
We don't sell gimmicks. We install a real, engineered perimeter drain system designed for lasting results.
Remove the concrete floor
We start by jackhammering and removing the concrete floor near the foundation wall.
Install the deep drain
We install two drains: one 4″ pipe deep beneath the slab, surrounded by clean crushed stone.
Add drainage board
Then a drainage board on top that runs minimum 4-6″ up the wall.
Pump water away
The drain pipe is pitched, which delivers water to a sump basin, where it's pumped out far away from the house.
This reduces the hydrostatic water pressure that occurs from water building up around and under your foundation. The dual system is hands-down the most effective way to protect your basement. The result is a clean, dry, healthy space!
Oh and… don't fall for the "gutter" systems that some of the big waterproofing companies sell!
Crawl space encapsulation
A dirt or vented crawl space pulls damp air, soil gas, and odors straight into the rooms above it. We seal the space with a heavy reinforced vapor barrier over the ground and up the walls, tape and mechanically fasten the seams, and tie the space into drainage and a sump pump when groundwater is present. Where humidity stays high, we add a dedicated dehumidifier so the space stays in a safe moisture range year round.

Foundation crack repair
Most poured concrete foundations crack at some point, usually from normal shrinkage and settlement. A crack that leaks during heavy rain can be repaired permanently from the inside without excavating the yard. We inject the full depth of the crack with expanding polyurethane or structural epoxy so the repair seals the wall rather than just covering the surface.
