High-R roof insulation

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing

Roofing-grade SPF foam adds seamless, high-R insulation to your commercial roof. It is always finished with a protective topcoat from our flagship coating systems to create a durable, warrantied roof assembly.

Insulation First. Waterproofing by Design.

SPF foam is not waterproofing on its own. It is a rigid, closed-cell insulation that must be protected with a quality coating system to perform long-term.

R-6.5 per inch, the highest R-value of any roof insulation
Seamless, self-flashing, and fully adhered to substrate
Class 4 hail resistance with proper topcoat and granules
Renewable system: just recoat, no tear-off
Documented lifespans exceeding 50 years with maintenance
Stops thermal bridging and air leakage in one step

How it works

Foam + Topcoat = A Complete Roof System

Two liquid components are heated, pressurized, and mixed at the spray gun, expanding 20–30 times their volume to form a rigid, closed-cell foam that adheres directly to the substrate.

Once cured, the foam is covered with a protective coating that shields it from UV, moisture, and weathering. That topcoat is what makes the assembly waterproof and renewable.

We match the topcoat to your roof's condition and performance goals: Ecodur for adhesion and flexibility, FiberMaxx for fiber-reinforced toughness, or Enduris silicone for ponding water and UV exposure.
